How to scrape Instagram followers in 4 steps

Browser extension vs. cloud Instagram scraper

Using follower lists responsibly
Keep runs to a few hundred people a day, stay on Careful or Normal speed, and stop if Instagram shows a warning. Instagram's terms restrict automated data collection, so read them and decide what fits your use. If you contact people, send personal, relevant messages one at a time and follow privacy and anti-spam laws such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
