These terms are an agreement between you and [your name or company] ("LeadBuzzPro", "we") for using the LeadBuzzPro browser extension, website and services. By installing or paying for LeadBuzzPro you agree to them.

1. What LeadBuzzPro does

LeadBuzzPro helps you collect publicly visible information that you can already see in your browser, organize it into leads, and prepare messages. LeadBuzzPro does not send messages, follow, like or perform any other action on social platforms for you.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use LeadBuzzPro and the information you collect, including complying with the terms of each platform you use it on (for example Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and X) and with applicable laws on privacy, data protection and unsolicited messages.
• Don't use LeadBuzzPro to harass anyone, send spam, collect data about children, build profiles of private individuals for unlawful purposes, or resell collected data.
• Don't try to bypass plan limits, share license keys outside your own devices, copy or redistribute the extension, or interfere with our servers.

3. Platform accounts

Social platforms may limit, restrict or close accounts at their own discretion. LeadBuzzPro is designed to work gently, but we can't control platform decisions and are not responsible for actions they take on your account.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• The Free plan includes the limits shown on our pricing page. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a lifetime plan (Solo, Pro or Team) bought with a one-time payment. A lifetime plan doesn't renew or expire; its monthly allowances are shown on the pricing page and reset each month. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends the plan it paid for. Team seats are a separate subscription on the same billing period as your Pro plan.
• Orders are processed by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and merchant of record. You buy from Freemius, which charges your card or PayPal, issues the invoice and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies; the purchase terms shown in its checkout also apply. Invoices, payment details and cancellation are in the Freemius customer portal (Account → Manage subscription & billing).
• First-time Pro customers may get a free trial of the length shown at checkout. A card is required; when the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically unless you cancel before then. One trial per person.
• You can cancel anytime from the extension (Account → Manage subscription). Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee. If the product has a problem we can't resolve, email us within 14 days of a payment and you get a full refund. Refunds are issued through Freemius, our reseller, as full refunds.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Licenses

Each Pro license may be used by one person on up to 3 browsers (1 on Lifetime Solo). Each team member needs their own Pro license or a seat on the owner's plan: seats bought on a subscription, or the 4 included with Lifetime Team. We may suspend licenses used in breach of these terms.

6. Availability and changes

Platforms change their pages, which can temporarily stop some features from working. We aim to fix this quickly but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features.

7. Disclaimers and liability

LeadBuzzPro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or account restrictions by third-party platforms.

8. Not affiliated

LeadBuzzPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, TikTok or X.
